Stock and this week's sales stay in a folder on the computer. No account, no server, no copy of the catalog on our cloud.
What it is
Open a folder, load master.csv, then drop in a weekly
sales report from the till. What is left is on-hand, or on-hand
minus what sold. What to order is minimum stock minus what is
left. Barcodes match even if the zeros differ. Short codes and
lottery lines stay out of the compare list.
On the floor, scan, save, scan the next one. The sheet stays open for the count.
The boundary
After you hit Save, the folder is the record. The browser may remember a session. It is not the system of record. Same idea as the rest of GTAC, without a model in the loop.
