This site is being rebuilt. The work below is current.
Software, held to a boundary.
GTAC is a software house. We write software for how the work actually runs, and systems that keep it on this side of the wire: on the device, in a folder, or in front of a model only after it is safe.

AI system
LLM gateway for PII
Sits in front of ChatGPT-style APIs. It strips SSN, email, and phone before the cloud sees them, checks policy on a local model, and only searches internal docs when it needs to.

Inventory
The catalog and this week's sales sit as CSV files in a folder on the computer. Compare what sold, see what to reorder, count with a barcode. No server.

Employee scheduling
Shifts, holidays, and a day you can edit on a phone. For people who still print the week and hang it on the wall.

Smart recipe book
Ice cream formulas in a file on the machine. Ask the chatbot which flavors use an ingredient, compare cards, or change a mix. Save still writes that same file.

AI in the process. Humans on the boundary.
We use AI to draft and wire things faster. People still own the rules: what a model is allowed to see, when to reorder, how a shift works, and how a recipe is written. What matters lives in the repo, not in a chat log.
